Job Description

• Reporting to the General Manager, 
• the Director of Talent and Culture is responsible for the full Talent and Culture daily operations, 
• planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating in Talent and Culture activities 
• such as the benefits, wages and salaries, industrial and employee relations, learning and development, 
• as well as the implementation of the existing Indonesian labor law, hotel policies rules, procedures and programs 
• within the scope of the budget with a well-defined management norms to ensure a smooth operation.

Work Experience

• Graduated from a reputable university majoring in Human Resources Management, or a hospitality school.
• Has minimum of 3 years of solid Human Resources and Learning and Development experience in a similar position in an international luxury hotel organization.
• A strong understanding of Indonesian labor and employment laws.
• Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).
• Strong in organisation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential
